Preventicum is a brand new, luxury, state-of-the-art preventive health concept providing full-body check ups.

One of its unique offerings is a radiation-free MRI scan which has not previously been readily available to the public as part of a preventive health check-up. The Communication Group was challenged with taking a serious medical issue and making it accessible and appealing to the public. Preventicum was positioned as a luxury lifestyle choice for smart and discerning individuals.

The Communication Group devised a plan to position Preventicum as something totally different in terms of preventive health clinics – more akin to a six star hotel than a hospital. We used “star appeal” to make Preventicum part of the “society chat”, focusing primarily on lifestyle media and direct to market events.

Activity included a VIP launch event, an extensive ‘tried and tested’ media relations campaign securing national features in the Evening Standard, Mail on Sunday You magazine, FT How to Spend it, Vogue and the Daily Express, as well as leveraging celebrity clients such as David Baddiel and Karren Brady to generate coverage in the national media including the Times Body & Soul, the Guardian and This Morning.
